well another week ends, and another begins.. last week was a wonderful week due to the 4 day weekend :) although today is sunday which means an automatic slow and tiring day... and it's a drag to have to work tonight but what can you do. i only have to get through monday and then tuesday i have a day off so i really shouldnt complain. i just woke up today and was completely exhausted, i can't even walk straight. so after work i know where i'm going- to bed!! this weekend was a pretty good one, i didn't do much but it was relaxing and nice since i had pleasant company. friday was such a beautiful day, the sun was shining and it was 50 degrees! it was absolutely beautiful so rory and i took the opportunity to go for a walk. that night i went to dinner with cassi & rory *mwah** (love you kids!) and then spent some time singing dancing and being crazy with ror which was nice because during the week we don't really see eachother except for maybe lunch or dinner... saturday i got some homework done and a bunch of us tried out luck at some bingo but sadly none of us won.. there were some pretty sweet gifts as in a ps2 and a flat screen tv. today i woke up early and decided that i wasn't tired and that i would do my laundry and clean my room... this then led into some yoga and the rest of the day consisted of my lying around and being very unproductive... and now i sit on this rickity kind of comfortable stool... with nothing else to do but write in this journal, i guess why it is kind of long.. oh i also tried a crack at figuring out the nada surf song "La Pour Ca".. this is what i came up with: the next time that you will hear the rumor of the waves and if they say to you that you made me that evil, in you do not make, I am for that… the sea does not know the wire of time who brings us closer and our separate lives, the seas, high and sharp the and low but one especially lives the difference. I am for that.. let the boat run, forget your manners.. let yourself go and I am not afraid of the guys they are bastards.. but perhaps it didn’t all fill your glass and our love has.. OW! wow this day is looking pretty good... and i thought it was going to suck because i have ALL 4 of my classes. but luckily one was cancelled and only one more to go ;) and guess what ? NADA SURF is TONIGHT! yeahh that's what i'm talking about.. i think me ror and mandi are going and i hope the rest of the scavengers from the cape can meet up with us, cause that would rock! i can't believe how good of a mood i'm in but whatever i like it way too much to think about it. no more analyzing shit so much for me. maybe the extra goodness of this day has something to do with the wonderful weather we are having : Blue Skies, Sun Shining, and it's a comfortable temperature of 44 degrees!! but anyway it is almost time for lunch so i have to say Au dieu! xoxo
